Taking into account development of the state in the field of foreign economic relations and considering the fact that Ukraine has joined the World Trade Organisation, there is a caused by time necessity to establish and develop contacts with business partners from other countries.
Thus, legal component of these relationships, concerning the protection of economic entities in the international judicial institutions, can not be avoided here.
