Shershun Lubomyr Ivanovych Member of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA), arbitration manager Lubomyr Shershun graduated from Chernivetskyi Economical and Legal Institute; since 1995 has been actively engaged in legal practice in various areas of law. In 1999-2000 he was a manager of the project of legal support of media company. Since the end of 2000 to 2002 he was a head of the legal department of a large company in a field of chemical industry. At the same time he had gained an additional education in the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. In 2002-2004 provided a legal support of a regional financial company. In 2005 he becomes a head of West Ukrainian holding company. The same year 2005 he was elected as a Head of the Board of Zakarpatgaz JSC, which had 1.5 thousand employees; in 2005 - 2007 was a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of this enterprise. In this period Lubomir Shershun managed a legal support and protection of a group of Western Ukrainian regional gas companies from competitive commercial entities. Sanation of three regional enterprises had being completed under maintenance of Mr. Shershun, and, as a result, their activity was completely restored. In 2007 he led the coordination of legal support of a commercial bank. He is a Vice-President of one of the largest Ukrainian holding companies of administrative structure that manages and coordinates the business-lines of a group of companies. In 2008 provided legal assistance of an agricultural holding company and placed assets of the company at the London Investment Exchange.
